I finally found my order number by logging in and clicking the Billing Center link which is at the bottom of the left-side menu. That pops open a new tab or window. At the bottom left side of that, you will see "Current invoice: At least that's what I used and it worked for me.

Before I discovered the above, I had filled out a support ticket with them asking what my order number was. I have never heard back from them about it.
