After assembly I notice that the the forearm is rather slick to hold, I feel that some checkering would give a better grip. With that said, maybe checkering could be offered as an add on? I recently purchased this M77 Heritage stock in "Woodland Camo" satin finish. It was a difficult choice to make between this and Cayenne. When my stock arrived I was very pleased with the color, but when I installed my stainless steel barrel and action I was absolutley amazed at the result in both fit and finish.

I immediately texted photos to all my buddies. The grey color in this stock really accents the stainless barrel which fits it like a glove. Some minor clearancing and I will be all set. I recently acquired the Ruger Hawkeye Laminate SA stock. From ordering through receiving, everything went very well. The stock arrived before I expected, and was immediately inspected.
